Refund:

5. Refund time is 5-10 min after buy.
6. No refund for GOLD bases. GOLD color means base has no refunds at all.

Payment:

1. All payments can be made only via bitcoin and "NO REFUND" after the payment is loaded successfully to your account. 
2. After send payment via bitcoin, your balance will be automatically loaded after 2 confirmed in bitcoin system. 
3. Bitcoin confirm could take from 5 minutes to 2 hours. We have no control over bitcoin system , so you need to wait 

Privacy:

1. System don`t save any log of your connection. 
2. System encrypted you information data, but you don`t put sensitive data in site. 

Other:

1. All payments can be made only via Bitcoin and NO REFUNDS after the payment is loaded successfully to your account. 
1. Valid rate of all our bases differs from %50 to %100. 
2. We answer your problems only in ticket system.
